Payment & Reservations

Full payment is required to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before tour: Full refund minus $50/person processing fee. Rescheduling allowed subject to availability.
• 3–14 days before tour: Rescheduling fee of $50/person. No refunds for cancellations.
• Within 3 days: No refunds.
• No-show: No refunds.
• Weather cancellation by GJSA: You will be offered to reschedule or be fully refunded.

There is a minimum of 2 people/reservations required for a tour to run. If there are not enough people, you will be offered to reschedule or be fully refunded.

What to Expect

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email as confirmation of the reservation and details on what we provide, what to bring, and location. Please read the email carefully and be prepared with the correct under layers — we reserve the right to refuse anyone without the appropriate under layers required for client safety. All other necessary safety gear is included in the tour price.

Driver Requirements

• Must be 16 years and older
• Hold a valid driver's permit/license
• Be in good physical condition
• Within weight limits: 260 lbs and 6'6" (weight distribution dependent)
• Speak and understand English
• Genuinely want to participate — please do not force anyone in your group

Reserving one (1) space on the tour is reserving one (1) jet ski for one (1) person.

Conduct Policy

No drugs or alcohol may be consumed before or during the tour. Any sign of alcohol or drug use on the day of the tour will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Abusive behavior towards our employees, equipment and/or other guests will not be tolerated and will also result in cancellation at any time without refund. Clients are financially responsible for damage to Glacier Jetski Adventures equipment.

Tunnel Access

Please note there is a one-way tunnel that allows traffic in and out of Whittier — detailed information on the tunnel including latest tunnel times to catch for your trip are included in the confirmation email. No refunds will be provided for not making the tour time due to not making the tunnel.

Safety & Environment

We have safety and environment plans in place to keep everyone safe and protect the remote area we visit; ignoring guide instruction or aggressive riding of machines will not be tolerated and will cause your tour to end abruptly with no refunds.

Weather

All our tours are weather dependent and are subject to time and date changes due to conditions. We reserve the right to alter trip times or change locations if necessary due to weather or other factors beyond our control. It is always a good idea to plan an extra day into your schedule to allow for these contingencies.
